Paleo Blondies

what better way to kick off the weekend than with my new✨ALMOND FLOUR PALEO BLONDIES✨cheers to Friday loves! ☺️ lately I’ve been using Friday’s for a motivational post, something that I find to be inspiring and feel others can benefit from as well 🤍, but since my content has been a little scattered this past week i felt like a new recipe is what we all really needed right now!

these gluten free, dairy free, paleo, refined sugar free blondies are gooey and amazing 🤩 and even more delicious warmed up under my favorite very vanilla cashew milk ice cream of course!

WHAT YOU NEED:

+ 1/2 cup pure maple syrup

+ 1/2 cup coconut sugar

+ 2 tsp vanilla

+ 2 tbsp coconut oil

+ 1 egg

+ 1 1/4 cup almond flour

+ 1/4 cup tapioca flour

+ 2. tsp baking powder

+ 1/2 tsp salt

+ 1/2 cup chocolate chips


HOW TO:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line and 8x8 pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together syrup, coconut sugar, vanilla, oil, & egg. Add almond flour, tapioca flour, baking power, & salt and mix until fully combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

  3. Pour batter into 8x8 pan and bake for 28-30 minutes. Let cool before slicing and serving. ENJOY!
