Edible Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (no bake)

real talk: when making cookies do you feel like you eat half the cookie dough while trying to actually bake the cookies? (duh, right?!) seriously though, if you aren’t trying to eat the raw cookie dough while making a fresh batch of cookies 🍪 i’m very impressed but also a little confused and worried about you 😂 jk jk

there’s nothing better than eating cookie dough straight out of the bowl! that’s why i’m in love with my new✨EDIBLE VEGAN COOKIE DOUGH✨no waiting for the cookies to bake in the oven, this is safe to eat right out of the bowl! 😊 you heard right - no bake 👏🏻 i love to form them in to little cookie dough bites, but feel free to just scoop out a big chunk of dough with a spoon and go wild! the rules are - there are no rules! 👏🏻

WHAT YOU NEED:

+ 1/2 cup oat flour

+ 1/2 cup almond flour

+ 3 tbsp coconut sugar

+ 2 tbsp unrefined coconut oil

+ 1 tsp vanilla

+ 1 tbsp almond milk

+ 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

+ dash pink salt


HOW TO:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together coconut sugar and coconut oil until fully combined. Add in vanilla and milk and mix again to combine. Next, mix in oat flour and almond flour. Once your dough has formed, fold on chocolate chips.

  2. Use your hands to roll about 12 cookie dough bites (each should be the size of about 1 tbsp). Top each with a pinch of salt! Store in the fridge and ENJOY!
