Bacon Jalapeño Stuffed Chicken Burgers

✨BACON JALAPENO STUFFED CHICKEN BURGERS✨a burger with no bacon, is like a cheese with no macaroni. jelly with no peanut butter. cookies with no milk. cupcake with no frosting. brownie with no whipped cream!! 🤯 i’m dramatic, i know! but basically it just doesn’t make sense! do you agree?!

these burgers 🍔 🥓🌶 are so delicious and so flavorful! i love how the bacon and jalapeños are stuffed into these chicken burgers so you get the flavors with every bite. the sweet fig jam on top pairs insanely well with the spicy jalapeño and honey goat cheese just goes well with pretty much everything IMO!🥰

these are perfect to prep for healthy lunches all week or to enjoy one night for dinner! have them of chard lettuce, or use a bun, either way you can’t go wrong!😋

WHAT YOU NEED:

+ 1 package organic ground chicken

+ 6 slices bacon, cooked

+ 1 large jalapeño

+ 1 egg

+ 1/2 onion, diced

+ 1/2 cup gluten free panic breadcrumbs

+ 2 tsp garlic powder

+ 1 tsp black pepper

+ 1 tsp smoked paprika

+ 1/2 tsp pink salt

ADDITIONAL NEEDS:

+ chard lettuce

+ sliced avocado

+ fig jam

+ honey goat cheese

.

HOW TO:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray an oven safe dish with coconut oil spray.

  2. Using a food processor, chop each of the following and place in a large bowl: bacon, onion, and jalapeño (without seeds).

  3. Add ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, and spices to bowl. Use a fork to mix together.

  4. Use your hands to form 5 burgers. Place each burger in the oven safe dish. Bake for 33-35 minutes.

  5. Serve on chard lettuce or your choice of a bun. Top with fig jam, honey goat cheese, and sliced avocado. ENJOY!
